This plan seems to have mostly stalled, and does not look to be viable, as there's not enough interest and no money to do it. It may be only a single house or acreage that ends up being done.

The goal is to have ground-breaking no later than 2033. Suspect building of the community facilities will take 1-2 years, with first phase of residents moving in by Fall 2035. The construction and design is designed to be built in Phases. Construction Phases

Currently needing to locate funding to permit the locating the site, and starting the actual engineering of setting the plans to the location.

• Gated community, with full managed group services, fully Fenced
• Run as a community, with elected leaders, see General Rules
• Run with a leaning towards being environmentally responsible, with as small of carbon footprint as possible by building to minimize/eliminate wasting of energy, and where possible, reusing energy instead of just releasing it.
• Run as independent as possible; with preparations for being isolated for minimum of a month (2 years would be preferred, but may not be feasible)

• Buildings linked together where possible, usually with underground Connecting Tunnels; due to the location, tunnels may become passages at ground or above ground.
• Community is made up of a mix of housing, mainly detached houses and an Apartment Complex
